Study on the Origin of Ye Ge

考略噎膈的源流,以冀能为临床提供理论支撑与治疗思路,梳理了始自《内经》至历代医家对噎膈的发挥,归纳总结不同时期的观点及贡献,明确了本病病位在食道与胃脘,病机与肝、脾、肾密切相关。其发病以脾、肾虚为本,以气滞、痰凝、血瘀、火郁为标。

This paper is mainly for the origin of Ye Ge,willing to provide theoretical support and ideas for clinical treatment. Since the beginning of Huang Di Nei Jing of Ye Ge by ancient physicians,it has been summarized the views and contributions of different periods. It is clear that the disease location is in the esophagus and stomach areas. And liver,spleen and kidney are closely related. The incidence of spleen and kidney deficiency are considered the root causes,while qi stagnation,phlegm,blood stasis,fire stagnation are the superficial causes.
