摘要
目的 探讨核素肾动态显像在高血压肾病中的应用价值.方法 选择120例高血压肾病患者及20例健康对照组进行99mTc-DTPA放射性核素肾动态显像,计算肾小球滤过率(GFR值),同时测定患者及对照组尿蛋白水平.结果 高血压肾病正常蛋白尿组GFR值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.12,P<0.05);高血压肾病蛋白尿组GFR值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.47,P<0.05);高血压肾病正常蛋白尿组尿蛋白与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.41,P〉0.05);高血压肾病蛋白尿组尿蛋白与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=8.32,P<0.01).结论 核素肾动态显像技术在高血压肾病的诊治中具有重要的临床价值,能够早期诊断高血压肾病患者的总肾及分肾功能,为临床治疗方案的选择提供依据,以便指导临床合理用药、合理治疗.
Objective To explore the value of radionuclide renal dynamic imaging in hypertensive nephropathy.Methods Renal dynamic imaging of 99mTc-DTPA radionuclide was performed in 120 hypertensive patients and 20 healthy controls.The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was calculated.Urine protein levels were measured in the patients and controls.Results The GFR of the hypertensive nephropathy patients with normal proteinuria was significantly higher than that of the healthy controls (t=2.12,P〈0.05).The GFR of the patients with hypertensive nephrotic proteinuria was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (t=1.41,P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between normal proteinuria group and healthy proteinuria group (t=1.41,P〉0.05).There was significant difference in proteinuria between the proteinuria group and healthy control group (t=8.32,P〈0.01).Conclusion Renal dynamic imaging of renal nuclide has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.It can provide early diagnosis of total renal function and renal function in patients with essential hypertension, and provide basis for selection of clinical treatment plan so as to guide clinical practice, rational use of drugs,reasonable treatment.
