摘要
主要介绍了热连轧精轧机组轧制力比率负荷分配方法,阐述了初始厚度分配以及负荷分配的原理。采用模型经验值并在轧制过程中进行适当修正,得到较为合理的目标负荷分配比率。由机架出口厚度初值的计算结合Newton-RaPhson法进行反复迭代,最终可得到最佳的厚度分配值。实践证明轧制力比率负荷分配方法能够保证精轧机组运行顺稳,满足在线控制的要求。
The load distribution method of rolling force ratio in hot rolling mill was introduced,and the principles of initial thickness distribution and load distribution were described.By the appropriate correction to the model empirical value and the rolling process,reasonable target load distribution ratio was obtained.By the calculation of the initial stand delivery thickness and the iterative method of Newton-RaPhson,the optimal thickness distribution value could be obtained.Practice proved that this load distribution method could ensure the stability of the finishing mill,and meet the requirement of online control.
