核电站安全壳钢衬里用20HR-B钢的试制 被引量:1

摘要 通过采用热轧+正火工艺,鞍钢试制生产了核电站安全壳钢衬里用20HR-B钢板。经正火处理后,20HR-B钢板的显微组织为均匀细小的铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度级别为9级,带状组织较轻,力学性能得到改善,室温最低抗拉强度为485 MPa,-20℃冲击功大于75J,高温拉伸和冷弯性能优良,均满足RCC-M标准要求。 The 20HR-B steel plate for nuclear power steel container was developed by the process of hot-rolling and normahzlng m Ansteel. The microstrueture of normalized plate was composed of fine ferrite and pearlite with the size grade of nine, and slight band structure. The mechanical properties of the plate were improved, such as the minimum tensile strength was 485 MPa, the -20℃ impact absorbing energy was 75 J, the high temperature tensile properties and the cold bending properties were also excellent. All these properties can meet the request of RCC-M standard.
