摘要
试验研究了一种高Mo镍基高温合金在不同温度下晶界碳化物的析出情况。结果表明,在高于1 000℃保温处理1 h,晶界上析出颗粒状碳化物,主要为富Mo、Ti的M_6C型碳化物;当温度低于1 000℃时,晶界析出棉絮状碳化物,主要为富Cr、Mo的M_(23)C_6型碳化物。另外,试验结果表明,在一定温度下保温处理,MC碳化物会退化转变为M_6C,这主要与合金中Mo含量高有关。
The precipitation and transformation behavior of carbides at different temperature of a nickel based superalloy with Mo was investigated. The experiment results showed that when heated above 1 000℃ for 1 h, some granular carbides were precipitated along the grain boundary. And the EDS results confirmed M6C carbide with rich Mo and Ti. While the temperature below 1 000 ℃, cotton fiber like carbide was observed along the boundary and it was M23 C6 carbide with rich Cr and Mo. In addition, the result indicated that the MC carbide would transform(degrade) to M6 C at proper condition. And it was found that much Mo addition contributed to the transformation.
