摘要 针对冷连轧机高强钢轧制时出现的轧制力计算模型不准、轧制力超限停机问题,建立了基于Hill公式的显函数轧制力计算模型,分析了高强钢变形抗力、压下分配、辊系配置及轧制润滑等对轧制力的影响。实际生产工况及轧制力数据分析表明,对减小轧制力作用最明显的是轧制规范(压下分配及张力制度)优化,其次是轧制润滑工艺参数改进、降低热卷厚度及减小工作辊辊径等,对轧制力减小的作用基本相同。通过相关工艺参数的优化,解决了高强钢轧制力超限问题。 Rolling force model for high strength steel in tandem cold rolling mill was described, based on inaccurate result of the rolling force model and overlarge rolling force existed in the cold rolling production process of high stress steel. In order to solve the problems, the rolling force model in the form of explicit function based on Hill equation was established. By means of rolling force model, the effects of deformation resistance of high strength steel, reduction distribution, rolls system configuration and rolling lubrication on the rolling force were analyzed. According to the condition of practice production and data analysis of rolling force, optimization of rolling directive ( reduction distribution and tension schedule) had the most important effect on rolling force. Other measures also had effect on rolling force, including improvement of roiling lubrication, reducing material thickness and reducing diameter of work roll. By optimizing the related process parameters, the above problems were resolved effectively.
