摘要
通过在役溶剂储罐外壁周围腐蚀环境分析,并根据储罐低表面处理的相应要求,设计了一套适用于在役溶剂储罐返修配套涂料体系,采用环氧防锈带锈底漆、环氧云铁中间漆和丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。并重点介绍了各涂料选用思路、作用原理及优势,同时根据施工后配套涂层的表面状态反馈并优化了一种施工方案。为在役溶剂储罐返修提供了新的方案。
Based on the analysis for corrosive environment around the exterior wall of the in-service solvent storage tanks, we designed a re-painting system suitable for the in-service tanks, of which the epoxy anti-rust primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat and acrylic polyurethane topcoat were used, according to the relevant requirements for low surface treatment of the tank. Moreover, we mainly introduced the selection ideas, principles and advantages of various coatings and optimize an application program according to surface state feedback of the coating films after application, so as to provide a new scheme for re-painting of the solvent tanks in service.
