In this paper, an alkali liquid is used to heat and dissolve solid aluminum hydroxide to form sodium metaluminate and a stable sampling and measurement system was established by adding buffer solution, masking agent, complexing agent, blocking agent, etc. and testing alumina through zinc salt retitrating. The method is simple and rapid, accurate results can be achieved with good reproducibility and the quality control requirements can be met for the titanium dioxide industry.
