东北地区经济新常态下的高校就业工作浅析

Analysis on the Work of the Meployment of College and University graduates under the New Economic Conditions in Northeast of China

目前,东北经济出现持续增速放缓的情况,原有的产业形态出现比较严重的发展困难,东北多地出现大型工业企业减产甚至是停产的情况,其他产业形式发展的规模又比较有限。东北经济发展放缓必然会影响到区域内高校毕业生的就业工作,在经济发展新常态、供给侧结构性改革以及国家"大众创业,万众创新"的大背景下,高校的就业指导工作也应当积极地进行相对应的变化,才能提高高校毕业生的就业质量,同时能更好地为地方经济发展提供人口红利。

The economic growth rate of developing economies slowed in Northeast of China. Around the original industrial structures became difficult, major industrial enterprises have made production cutbacks or halts and others＇ development was limited. Due to the economic slowdown, the college graduates＇ employment was influenced absolutely.Under the background of the new normal, entrepreneurship and innovation and supply side structural reform, College should innovate career guidance model actively in order to improve college graduates＇ qualities and provide demographic dividend of supply of young workers for local economic development.
