摘要
地铁运营中常常面临着高峰期大客流压力。为了保证地铁车站客流组织效率和站内乘客安全,本文设计并实现了一种基于多源监测数据的地铁车站客流动态监测与管控决策系统。客流监测部分考虑地铁车站客流的流线特点,在重要客流流线衔接点采取红外感应、视频识别和RFID等客流监测技术,并结合闸机客流数据,实现了动态监测车站客流的流向、流量和流速。管控决策部分基于地铁车站客流组织的三级控制原理,建立了基于实时监测数据的车站客流动态管控决策模型。此外,设计并实现了信息发布功能模块,实现对客流的实时信息诱导。系统应用将实现地铁车站客流监测智能化、管控决策科学化、信息发布人性化,能够有效提高地铁车站客流组织效率和运营安全水平。
Metro operators are often faced with large passenger flow pressure. In order to ensure the operational efficiency and the safety of metro station, a dynamic monitoring and control system for passenger management in metro station based on multi-source data is designed and implemented. The line characteristic of passenger flow is considered in the monitoring part. Combined with data from automatic turnstile system, the infrared sensors, video identification technology and RFID are used to monitor the direction, volume and speed of passenger flow dynamically in important joint-points. A mathematical model was established based on real-time monitoring data and the three-level control principles of passenger management for controlling and decision-making .In addition, the function module of information release is designed and implemented to guide the passengers in real time. The system can intelligentialize the monitoring of passenger flow, help to make decisions scientifically and publish information timely and accurately, improving the efficiency and safety of passenger management in metro station significantly.
