低相对分子质量壳聚糖/多元羧酸对亚麻织物的防皱整理

摘要 使用低相对分子质量壳聚糖和多元羧酸(柠檬酸和马来酸酐)联合整理亚麻织物,改善其防皱性能,探讨低相对分子质量壳聚糖用量、柠檬酸用量、马来酸酐用量、次亚磷酸钠用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对织物褶皱回复角和织物经向断裂伸长率的影响.得出最佳防皱整理工艺如下:低相对分子质量壳聚糖12.5%(o.w.f);柠檬酸15%(o.w.f);马来酸酐12.5%(o.w.f);次亚磷酸钠20%(o.w.f);焙烘温度180℃;焙烘时间180 s.将最佳工艺与未整理及单独整理工艺进行对比,发现低相对分子质量壳聚糖与多元羧酸联合整理后的织物防褶皱性能及耐久性最好,白度和柔软度有所下降,机械性能下降明显.整理后的织物表面变得更加光滑,有涂覆感. Low molecular weight chitosan/polycarboxylicacid (citric acid and maleic anhydride ) were used to finish flax fabric in order to improve its crease-proof properties. The effects of the finishing recipe and conditions on the wrinkle recovery angle of the finished fabric were investigated. Based on the results, the optimal recipe and conditions were determined as: low molecular weight chitosan ( 12.5% ) , citric acid ( 15% ) , maleic anhydride ( 12.5% ) , sodium hypophosphite (20%), curing temperature (180 ℃ ) and curing time (180 s). The finishing leads to a durable crease-proof property of the flax fabric with a smoother and a coated feeling, but a significant de- crease of the mechanical strength and slight decreases of the whiteness and softness.
