摘要
对广泛应用于公共用纺织品的纯棉平纹织物进行循环洗涤,探索温度、氧漂剂、洗涤次数对洗后织物力学性能的影响.结果表明:加入氧漂剂、升高温度、增加洗涤次数,织物断裂强力和撕破强力均下降;在相同洗涤次数下,氧漂剂比温度对织物断裂强力影响大;洗涤次数对织物断裂强力影响比撕破强力大.织物的尺寸稳定性在洗涤的初始阶段变化明显,前10次洗涤,织物收缩率达到最大,经向水洗尺寸收缩率9.28%,纬向水洗尺寸收缩率4.35%,顶破强力达到最大;继续增加洗涤次数,虽会造成纤维的进一步损伤,但尺寸收缩率变化明显减小,而顶破强力会有一定程度的下降.
Plain cotton fabrics, which were widely used in public textiles, were cycling washed to study the effects of temperature, oxygen bleaching agent and washing frequency on mechanical properties. The results show that with the addition of oxygen bleaching agent, increase of temperature and washing frequency, the breaking strength and tearing strength of the fabric decreased. The eftect of the oxygen bleaching agent on breaking strength of the fabric was the larger than that of the tem- perature under the same washing frequency; while the effect of the washing frequency on the break- ing strength was obviously than the tearing strength. During the first 10 washing cycles, dimensional shrinkage of the fabric was largest; the warp shrinkage was 9.28% while the weft was 4. 35% , bursting strength per unit area was the highest during the period. With the increase of laundering times, the shrinkage is getting moderate while bursting strength decreased with some of the fibers destroyed.
