缺血性脑卒中溶栓后出血性转化的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（tissue-type plasminogen activator,t-PA）溶栓治疗是急性缺血性脑卒中最有效的治疗方法。但t-PA溶栓治疗会显著增加出血性转化（hemorrhagic transformation,HT）的发生率,严重的出血性转化可导致病情急剧恶化,甚至死亡。美国国立神经疾病与卒中研究所在2004年的一项研究表明,脑梗死后3h内应用尿激酶（urokinase,
