基于CNKI的病案管理研究的文献计量分析

Literature Bibliometric Analysis of Medical Record Management Research Based on CNKI

目的了解病案管理的研究现状、发展趋势及存在的问题,为今后病案管理的研究提供参考。方法应用文献计量学分析方法,以中国知网为数据来源,检索2000年-2016年发表的有关病案管理研究的期刊论文,对文献年代、作者单位、期刊分布、关键词、以及第一作者发表论文情况以及基金资助情况进行统计分析。结果检索到6188篇有效文献,涉及442种期刊,其中《中国病案》载文量最多,共2163篇,占35%,文献量呈逐年增长趋势;解放军总医院发文数量领先,共80篇;第一作者4637位,发表3篇以上文献的作者103位,占2.22%;文献合作度为2.53,合著率为65.55%;基金资助论文共763篇,占12.33%;研究热点主要集中在病案管理、电子病案、病案质量、病案首页等。结论病案管理研究应受到各类科研基金及相关期刊的关注,在研究深度、质量方面有待提高,跨区域合作方面有待加强。

Objectives To understand the current situation, development trend and existed problems of medical record management, and provide reference for the research of medical record management in the future. Methods Using literature bibliometric analysis methods to retrieve the literatures of medical record management from CNKI and analyze them by the age of literature, the authors＇ unit, the distribution of journals, the key words, the situation of the papers published by the first author and fund assistance. Results 6188 papers were found and distributed in 442journals, among which the number of articles were largest in China Medical Record, which was 2163 （35%）, the amount of literature was increasing year by year. The number of Chinese PLA General Hospital issued a total of 80, which was in the lead. The number of first author was 4637, in which 103 （2.22%） published more than 3 papers. The cooperative degree was 2.53 and the co-authorship rate was about 65.55%. The number of funded papers was amount to 763 （12.33%）. The research focuses on the management of medical records, electronic medical records, the quality of medical records, medical record front pages and so on. Conclusions The research of medical record management should be paid attention by all kinds of scientific research funds and related journals, the research depth and quality of medical record management need to be improved and the cross-region-cooperation needs to be strengthened.
