大部分血液透析患者合并高血压,高血压是心血管疾病死亡的重要危险因素。血液透析患者的血压有诸多特点:存在昼夜节律紊乱,季节性变化,以及血液透析前后血压也有不同的变化类型,与患者的预后密切相关。本文就这些血压变化特点做一综述。

Hypertension is a comorbidity in most hemodialysis patients, and is the important risk fac- tor for cardiovascular disease death in these patients.
