维持性血液透析患者等待肾移植期间的心理体验 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者在等待肾移植期间的心理体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,于2015年8月~2016年7月对11例MHD患者进行深度访谈,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行分析。结果 MHD患者在等待肾移植期间的心理体验可划分为:等待中的煎熬、生存的希望、感受负担、不确定感4个主题。结论 MHD患者在等待肾移植期间经历了复杂的心理体验,临床医护人员应根据患者的心理状态,探讨并制定相应的干预措施,以促进患者身心健康。 Objective To explore the psychological experience of the maintenance hemodialysis pa- tients during waiting for renal transplantation. Methods Phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study. In-depth interview was conducted to 11 patients between August 2015 and July 2016. Data were an- alyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Four themes including waiting in torment, survival hope, burden and uncertainty were extracted. Conclusion Patients underwent a complex psychological experience during waiting for renal transplantation. Medical staffs should concern the psychological state of these patients and give them intervention timely.
