摘要
目的筛选鼠尾藻降血脂作用的有效部位。方法小鼠随机分成正常对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组、石油醚组、乙酸乙酯组、正丁醇组、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组,每组10只。正常组给予基础饲料,其他组均给予高脂饲料。造模2周后,各组分别给予相应的药物或蒸馏水,给药2周后,测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等血液生化相关指标及肝脏指数和脂肪指数。结果给予相应的药物与饲料2周后,鼠尾藻正丁醇提取物与岩藻聚糖硫酸酯均能改善高脂引起的肝脏指数及脂肪指数的升高;同时,从结果可见正丁醇组的血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为2.94±0.34、0.69±0.12mmol·L^(-1),与高脂模型组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05);岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组的血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为2.42±0.62、0.52±0.08mmol·L^(-1),与高脂模型组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01),另外,岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组能降低血清甘油三脂。结论鼠尾藻具有一定的降血脂作用,其可能的有效部位是岩藻聚糖硫酸酯与正丁醇。
Objective To study the influence of Sargassum thunbergii and fucoidan on the blood lipid level in experimental hyperlipoidemic mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into normal control group, hyperlipoidemic model group, positive group, petroleum ether group, ethyl acetate group, butanol group, fucoidan group. Each group was fed respectively with common forage or high cholesterol forage. 2 weeks later, each group was fed respectively with corresponding drug. 2 weeks later, the level of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined. Results The level of TC and LDL-C were 2. 94±0. 34, 0. 69±0. 12 mmol · L^-1 in butanol group, lower than those in hyperlipoidemic model group; The TC and LDL-C were 2.42±0. 62, 0. 524-0. 08 mmol · L^-1 in fucoidan group, lower than those in hyperlipoidemic model group also. The two group could also improve the liver index and fat index. Conclusion Fucoidan group and butanol group could reduce the blood lipid level in experimental hyperlipoidemic mice.
