本文重点考察新媒体下高等艺术教育发展,以及新疆新媒体下的艺术专业学科教育的发展情况。通过梳理新媒体下的艺术教育的发展历程以及艺术教育发展的最新动向,结合新疆艺术教育的发展特点和地域特点,探究新媒体下的新疆艺术教育创新方式和途径。

This article mainly studies the development of higher art education and the development situation of art professional disciplines under the new media. By combing through the development course and new orientation of art education and combining with development and regional features of Xinjiang art education, it researches the innovative method and approach of Xinjiang art education under the new media.
