The operational principles and methods of joint anti-terrorism combat command system in cyberspace are summarized and proposed,the Observation-Orientation-Decision-Action（ OODA） loop theory is applied from observation,orientation,decision and action four aspects to analyze the specific implementation process of cyberspace joint anti-terrorism combat operations,which provides the reference for optimization of the joint anti-terrorism operation command system in cyberspace.
