“一带一路”战略下山东省农业对外投资现状及发展建议

Present Situation and Development Suggestions of Agricultural Overseas Investment in Shandong Province under the Strategy of the Belt and Road

"一带一路"建设方面,国家层面上多个部门合力为企业"走出去"提供重要推力,尽管农业"走出去"已经取得了一定成绩,但目前仍存在一些制约农业企业"走出去"的因素。分析了山东省农业对外投资的现状,总结山东省农业"走出去"的主要模式,发现存在国内政策支持体系不够完善及企业自身投资竞争力不强等问题,提出政府需要在健全政策支持体系、完善政府管理与服务、加强国际合作与交流等方面助力农业"走出去"。

On the construction of the Belt and Road, several departments provide the important thrust to promote agricultural enterprises ＂go global＂ at the national level. Although the agricultural enterprises ＂go global＂ have made some achievements, there still are some constraints of agricultural enterprises ＂go global＂.The authors analyzed the current situation of agricultural overseas investment of Shandong province,summarized the main modes of agriculture ＂go global＂ of Shandong province, found that the domestic policy support system was not perfect and the investment competitiveness of enterprises themselves were not strong,and finally put forward some suggestions to promote agriculture ＂go global＂, such as improving the policy support system, perfecting the government management and services, strengthening international cooperation and communication and so on.
