通过分析湖南省城乡居民水产品家庭消费的变化特征,对未来湖南省水产品消费需求量进行了预测。2020年湖南省水产品需求量预计为341.85万t,其渔业发展具有较大的空间和潜力。基于水产品的消费需求变化,推进湖南省渔业供给侧结构性改革,重点要优化渔业产业结构、大力发展水产品加工业、积极发展休闲渔业、提升水产品流通业。

By analyzing the characteristics of household consumption of urban and rural residents in Hunan province, the demand of aquatic products in Hunan province was forecasted. In 2020, the demand for aquatic products in Hunan province is expected to be 3.418 5 million tons, and its fishery development has great space and potential. Based on the change of consumption demand of aquatic products, the supply-side structural reform of fishery in Hunan province should be promoted, and the emphasis should be on optimizing the structure of fishery industry, vigorously developing aquatic products processing industry, actively developing recreational fishery and promoting the circulation of aquatic products.
