摘要
目的观察一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)亚型与气阴两虚型功能性便秘(FC)的相关性,并进一步研究芪榔方对NO及NOS的调节作用。方法首先以40例健康人为对照(健康人组),观察NO及NOS亚型在健康人与气阴两虚型FC患者(FC组)血清含量差异;其次将符合纳入气阴两虚型FC诊断标准的FC组80例受试者按随机数字设置对照组及治疗组,治疗组用芪榔方,对照组用乳果糖口服溶液,皆以8周为1个疗程。分别在治疗前、治疗8周后检测血清NO及NOS亚型的含量变化。结果 FC组患者与健康人组比较,血清NO、TNOS、iNOS含量呈显著增高趋势(P<0.05),血清cNOS含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。FC患者治疗组与对照组均能显著降低患者血清中升高的NO、TNOS、iNOS(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气阴两虚型FC患者血清升高的NO可能主要由iNOS合成,芪榔方具有调节血清NO及NOS亚型的作用。
Objective To observe the correlation of nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)subtypes with functional constipation(FC)of qi and yin deficiency,and further study the regulatory effects of qilang formula on NO and NOS.Methods Forty healthy persons were selected as the control(healthy group)to observe the differences in NO and NOS subtype levels in serum between the healthy group and FC group.Of 80 cases diagnosed as FC of qi and yin deficiency,a control group and a treatment group were subdivided according to the random numbers.In the treatment group,qilang formula was given.In the control group,lactulose oral liquid was used.The treatment for 8 weeks was as one session.Separately,before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the levels of serum NO and NOS subtypes were determined.Results In comparison between the FC group and the healthy group,the levels of serum NO,TNOS and iNOSwere increased significantly in tendency(P〈0.05).The difference in cNOSwas not significant(P〉0.05).Among the FC patients,the increased NO,TNOS and iNOSwere all reduced significantly(P〈0.05).The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The increased NO in the FC patients of qi and yin deficiency is possibly synthesized by iNOS andqilang formula presents the regulatory effects on serum NO and NOS subtypes.
