神经妥乐平结合舒筋袪痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症105例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects on 105 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Treated with Neurotropin and Shujin Qubi Decoction

目的观察神经妥乐平结合舒筋祛痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将105例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者采用中药配合腰部红外线照射、高压静电及中药舒筋袪痹汤辨证加减治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用神经妥乐平治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)情况。结果两组患者治疗后对照组总有效率为82.7%,治疗组为88.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS和ODI评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平结合舒筋袪痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,无创伤、无痛苦、医疗费用低,不失为一种好的治疗方法,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion（LDP）treated with neurotropin and shujin qubi decoction.Methods One hundred and five patients of LDP were randomized into a control group and a treatment group.In the control group,the combined therapy was adopted with herbal medication and infrared radiation,the high voltage electrostatic method and the modified shujin qubi decoction.In the treatment group,one the basis of the treatment as the control group,neurotropin was added.The score of visual analogue scale（VAS score）and the condition of the Oswestery dysfunction index questionnaire（ODI）were observed in the patients of the two groups.Results The total effective rates were 82.7% and the control group and was 88.7% in the treatment group.The difference was not significant statistically between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI were all better as compared with those before treatment in the two groups.The scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment with neurotropin and shujin qubi decoction achieves the definite effects on LDP.It is non-traumatic,non-painful and low cost therapy and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
