锡林郭勒盟2013-2015年流感样病毒分型检测结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的监测锡盟2013-2015年间流感分型,掌握季节性流感优势毒株的变化及流行特征,为流感防制提供科学依据。方法收集2013年1月~2015年12月间锡林郭勒盟流感监测网络实验室(14个旗县)所接受的流感样病例(Influenza-like I11-neaa,ILI)的核酸检测结果,并对数据进行统计分析。结果共检测样本69 774例,核酸阳性样本13 720例约占19.7%;不同性别ILI的核酸检出阳性率没有统计学差异(P﹥0.05),不同年龄组和实验室ILI核酸的阳性检出率存在统计学差异(P﹤0.05),其中10~30岁年龄组ILI的阳性检出率较高,锡林郭勒盟疾控中心的ILI阳性检出率较高。甲型H3N2、新甲型H1N1成为锡林郭勒盟9月~第二年4月间的优势毒株,B型流感成为4月后唯一的流行毒株。结论在流感病毒流行的季节和重点地区应加强流感的预防控制;在甲型和B型流感的流行季节制定疫苗接种等有效措施以减少流感流行造成的疾病负担。 Objective monitoring in Xilin Gol League 2013-2015 years flu cases, master and epidemic characteristics of seasonal flu strain changes, it was provided a scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza. Conclusion The flu virus was detection rate in the higher age group, region and In March, such as 10~30 years old, should strengthen the prevention and control of influenza; in seasonal H3N2, the new H1NI and B influenza epidemic season to develop effective measures such as vaccination and other effective measures to reduce the burden of disease caused by influenza.
