摘要 目的建立快速准确测定食醋中铅的新方法。方法食醋加盐酸后振荡混匀后,直接用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定铅水平。结果食醋中铅在0~50μg/L的范围内,具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),检出限0.023μg/L,精密度1.14%~2.75%,回收率94.8%~105.5%。结论食醋无需处理,方法简便快速,线性范围宽,检出限低,精密度、回收率好,适用于实验室食醋中铅含量测定。 Objective To establish a new method for rapid and accurate determination of the lead in vinegar. Methods The vinegar was added with hydrochloride andvibrated evenly. The lead level was determined using the direct flow injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The lead had a good linear relationship(r=0.9997) in the vinegar at concentrations from 0 to 50 μg/L, with a detection limit of 0.023 μg/L, precision of 1.14% to 2.75%, and recovery rates of 94.8% to 105.5%. Conclusion The vinegar requires no treatment, and the method is simple, rapid, wide in linear range, and low in detection limit, and has a high precision and recovery rate,which is suitable for the determination of lead in the vinegar.
