探讨采用尿比重校正尿碘浓度的合理性 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析选择尿比重对尿碘浓度进行校正的价值。方法选择称重法以及折射计法对10~30g/L质量浓度的有机物、无机盐的水溶液比重进行测定,同时测定尿样外加10~30g/L氯化钠或尿素时尿液的比重。结果称重法测定得到的磷酸二氢铵、硫酸钠、氯化钠等无机盐的水溶液比重较甘氨酸、葡萄糖、尿素等无机物水溶液的比重更大;将10g/L氯化钠加入3份尿原液中,其对应比重升高值分别为0.006、0.008、0.007,如果外加10g/L尿素,其对应比重升高值分别为0.003、0.002、0.004;8~10岁学生尿样折射计法比重校正为156.1-189.2μg/L;孕妇尿样折射计法比重校正为135.8-181.4μg/L。结论尿比重变化主要是由于尿中氯化钠浓度发生变化,基于我国的情况,加碘食盐摄入量对尿比重和尿碘浓度形成了直接影响,如果尿碘浓度利用尿比重进行校正,则摄入加碘食盐量越低,尿比重也会越低,尿碘浓度经校正"被增高"的情况也就越多,所以选择尿比重对尿碘浓度进行校正不合理。 Objective to analyze the choice of correction value of urine specific gravity of urine iodine. Methods weighing method and method of refractometer 10~30g/L concentration of organic compounds in aqueous solution, the proportion of inorganic salt were determined at the same time, determination of urine and 10~30g/L sodium chloride or urea urine proportion. Results two hydrogen phosphate the weighing method for the determination of ammonium, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride aqueous solution proportion of inorganic salt than glycine, glucose, urea and inorganic aqueous solution of a greater proportion of 10g/L; the addition of sodium chloride solution in 3 urine samples, the corresponding proportion of higher value were 0.006, 0.008, 0.007, if the applied 10g/L urea, the corresponding proportion increased respectively 0.003, 0.002, 0.004; students aged 8-10 in urine refractometer was adjusted to 156.1-189.2μg/L proportion189.2g/L; the proportion of pregnant women urine refractometer correction for the 135.8-181.4g/L. Conclusion the urine specific gravity change is mainly due to changes in the concentration of sodium chloride in the urine, the situation of our country based on iodized salt intake on urinary iodine concentration and urine specific gravity to form a direct influence, if the concentration of urinary iodine by urine specific gravity correction, while the intake of iodized salt the lower the amount of urine specific gravity will also lower the urinary iodine concentration corrected "was increased" the situation is more and more, so choose to correct the unreasonable proportion of urinary iodine concentration.
