摘要
社会企业是混合了企业和非营利组织特征的混合组织,同时受到市场逻辑和社会逻辑的双重压力。国家的社会组织管理制度、学术机构及其他非营利组织的推动、公益界的转型冲动构成了社会企业面临的制度环境,并通过法律法规、公益创投、学术研究、大众媒体等方式对社会企业产生影响。尽管成熟的社会企业场域尚未形成,但在实践过程中,"社会企业"概念的定义和范围不断得到澄清,社会企业场域的边界也会在混沌中生产出来。
Social ente profit institutional log rp ic rise is a hybrid organization that is under conflictive isomorphic pressures from for- and non-profit institutional logic. Institutional pressure from social organization management system, academic institutions and non-profit organizations, social entrepreneurs and media contribute to build the legitimacy of social enterprise. Social enterprises need to adjust their goals, structures and operating models to tackle with the institutional pressures from the environment. Generally speaking, the consensus of social enterprise is being achieved.
