摘要
社会组织是社会生命的有机体。社会组织的活力是结构活力与过程活力的融合:在空间上表现为具有存在与活动能力的生命结构;在时间上表现为遵循一定规律、不断演化的生命过程。社会组织活力的强弱既受到融资结构、治理结构和组织机构等结构性因素的影响,也受到生存环境、文化因素和人才因素等非结构性因素的影响。运用三圈理论、生命周期理论、资源依赖理论和组织生态理论,对助残NGO生命历程进行追踪,分析影响社会组织活力的要素,提出激发活力的建议:把握大局确定组织使命,提高能力避免资源依赖,争取多方支持实现协同发展,保持使命、能力与支持三者之间的巧妙平衡,有望实现组织基业常青,推进社会治理,增加社会福祉。
The vitality of social organizations is effected not only by the financing structure, governance structure, organizational institutions and other structural factors, but also by the existing environment, cultural and personnel factors, etc. Using Three-circle Theory, Life-circle Theory, Resource Dependence Theory and Organizational Theory, the article tracks the life of an NGO that helps disabled people. It looks into the factors that influence the vitality of social organizations and provides some recommendations: (1) build the mission through overall consideration; (2) improve the organization' s ability to avoid resource dependency; (3) attract multiple actors to join in for support and collaboration; (4) promote social governance and increase social welfare through balancing mission, ability and support.
