摘要
冷铣刨是清除原有沥青路面的主要方式,研究沥青路面冷铣刨切削机理具有重要意义。基于国内外研究现状,阐述了铣削路面各层特点,建立了二维沥青混凝土路面模型,分析了不同切削深度下切削力的变化情况。研究表明:随着切削深度的增加,切削温度和刀具磨损程度增加,切削力在X方向的分量显著增加,在Y方向的分量变化不大。
This paper studied the great significance of the asphalt pavement cold milling and cutting mechanism. Based on the research situation at home and abroad, it also described the characteristics of each layer of milling road, established a two-dimensional asphalt concrete pavement model, and analyzed the change of cutting force under the different cutting depth.
