心理护理对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响研究

The Influence of Psychological Care on Compliance of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的:探讨心理护理对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将200例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组各100例,对照组行常规护理及降压药物治疗,观察组则在常规治疗、护理基础上行心理护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及SDS、SAS评分的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗依从率为97.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可有效提高老年高血压患者的治疗依从性,有利于缓解甚至消除其焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,可在临床应用中进一步推广。

To investigate the influence of psychological care on compliance of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods： 200 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group （100 cases） and observation group （100 cases）, the control group accepted conventional care and antihypertensive medications, while observation group received psychological care on the basis of conventional treatment and care, compared the changes of compliance and SDS, SAS scores of the two groups. Results： The compliance rate of observation group was 97.0%, which was significantly higher than 65.0% that of control group （P〈0.05）; after nursing, the improvement of SDS and SAS scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological care can effectively improve the compliance of elderly hypertensive patients, and is propitious to alleviate or even eliminate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, which can be further popularized in clinical application.
