牙髓保存治疗在年轻恒牙炎症牙髓中的治疗观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨年轻恒牙炎症牙髓活髓保存法效果。方法:选择我院口腔门诊因年轻恒牙因龋病、外伤露髓可复性或部分不可复性牙髓炎患者52颗患牙,局麻下行局部切髓或冠、根髓切除术,以保存部分活髓组织。结果:经2年随访观察,患牙治疗成功40颗(76.9%),失败12颗(23.1%)。结论:年轻恒牙炎症牙髓(即使部分不可逆性牙髓炎)采用切髓术可保存部分活髓。 Objective:To evaluate the treatment effects of pulp conservation of young permanent tooth suffering from pulpitis. Methods:Fifty-two young permanent teeth with pulpitis caused by dental caries or trauma were selected, pulpotomy were used to conserve the majority of vital pulp tissues under local anesthesia. Results:After 2 years follow-up,40(76. 9% ) teeth were cured and 12 (23. 1% )failed. Conclusion:Pulpotomy may be a successful and effective treatment for young permanent tooth suffering from pulpitis.
