摘要
人组织激肽释放酶(kallikreins,KLKs)家族是一类结构具有高度同源性的丝氨酸蛋白酶,分布于各类组织中,其编码基因是人类基因组中最庞大的水解酶基因簇。随着对KLKs研究的不断深入,其在癌症发生发展过程中扮演的重要角色被逐步阐明,并在癌症预后与治疗方面具有重要价值。本文将对KLKs家族进行简单介绍,随后对KLKs在癌症发生与发展过程中的作用进行阐述。
Human tissue kallikreins （KLKs） are a class of serine proteases encoded by the largest protease gene cluster in human genome. KLKs play an important role in the development of cancer, and they are ex- pected as an effective target for cancer therapy. In this manuscript, we have reviewed the biochemical features of the KLKs family, as well as the involvement of KLKs in cancer development.
