结肠腺瘤癌变过程中TSLC1的表达及意义 被引量:1

The expression and significance of TSLC1 in the carcinogenesis of colonic adenoma

摘要 [目的]研究TSLC1在结肠腺瘤及结肠癌组织中的表达,探讨TSLC1在结肠腺瘤癌变过程中的作用。[方法]应用免疫组织化学法(SABC)检测结肠癌组织104例、结肠腺瘤组织114例、正常结肠黏膜组织30例中TSLC1蛋白的表达。[结果]TSLC1在正常结肠组织、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤、结肠癌组中的表达率分别为96.67%、88.57%、63.64%、42.31%。正常结肠组织、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤至结肠癌中TSLC1阳性表达率呈逐渐下降趋势;中重度异型增生结肠腺瘤中TSLC1阳性表达率明显低于轻度异型增生结肠腺瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠癌组织中TSLC1表达缺失。TSLC1参与正常组织、癌前病变、癌组织的发生、发展,在结肠腺瘤的癌变过程中起着重要的作用。 [Objective]To study the expression of TSLC1 in colonic tissues,and to explore the effect of TSLC1 in the carcinogenesis of colon sion of TSLC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry(SABC)in cases of colonic adenoma and 30 cases of normal colonic mucosa. [Result] adenoma and colorectal carcinoma ic adenoma. [Methods]The expres- 104 cases of colorectal cancer, [Results] The expression rates of TSLC1 in normal colon tissue, tubular adenoma, villous adenoma and colon cancer group were 96.67%, 88.57~, 63.64% and 42.31 % respectively. The positive expression rate of TSLC1 was gradually decreased in nor- mal colonic tissues, tubular adenoma, villous adenoma and colon carcinoma. The positive expression rate of TSLC1 in moderate to severe dysplastic colonic adenoma was significantly lower than that in mild dysplastie colonic adenoma,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). [Conclusion]The expression of TSLC1 is absent in colorectal carcinoma. TSLC1 is involved in the occurrence and development of normal tissues, precancerous lesions and cancer tissues,which plays an important role in the carcinogenesis of colonic adenoma.
