不同位置焊缝对翼缘板加强型节点断裂可能的影响

摘要 为了分析翼缘板加强型节点处各焊缝残余应力对节点断裂可能的影响,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对翼缘板加强型节点进行拟静力循环加载模拟,针对不同的应力路径,考虑不同焊缝的残余应力影响,对各项断裂指标进行对比和分析。研究表明,翼缘板加强型节点可以有效降低梁柱连接处的断裂可能,但翼缘加强板端部角焊缝位置附近发生断裂的可能性较大,在施焊过程中,应尽量避免此处的焊接缺陷生成。 In order to analyze the influence of residual stress on the possibility of fracture of the flange plate reinforced joint,the finite element software ABAQUS was applied to simulate the quasi - static cyclic loading on the flange plate reinforced joint. Aiming at different stress paths, considering the influence of the residual stress of different welding seam, the fracture indexes are compared and analyzed. Research shows that the flange plate reinforced joint can effectively reduce the possibility of fracture at the beam - column connection. But the possibility of fracture at the end of the flange fillet weld position is more, the welding defects should be avoided in the welding process.
