580例翼状胬肉切除术临床观察

Clinical observation of 580 cases of pterygium excision

目的探讨翼状胬肉(PG)切除术联合丝裂霉素C(MMC)对于翼状胬肉患者的治疗效果。方法选择580例(628眼)原发性PG患者,将其随机分为联合组和对照组。其中联合组298例(318眼),患者施行PG切除联合应用MMC;对照组282例(310眼),单纯进行PG切除术。对比两组患者治愈天数。同时对两组患者进行术后随访,比较两组患者术后复发率及并发症等情况。结果联合组患者治愈天数及术后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 PG切除术联合术中使用MMC,可以明显降低翼状胬肉患者术后复发率,并缩短患者治疗时间,且副作用较少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pterygium（PG） excision combined with mitomycin C （MMC） for the treatment of patients with pterygium. Methods 580 patients （628 eyes） with primary PG were randomly divided into a combined group and a control group. In the combined group, 298 cases （n = 318 eyes） were treated with PG resection combined with MMC. While in the control group, 282 cases （n = 310 eyes） were treated with PG resection alone. Then compared the cure days between two groups, and postoperative recurrence rate and complications while postoperative follow up. Results The cure days and recurrence rate of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions PG resection combined with intraoperative MMC can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, shorten the treatment time, and fewer side effects of pterygium patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
