延续性护理对抑郁症患者心理社会功能的影响

Influence of continuing nursing on psychosocial function of patients with depression

目的探究分析延续性护理对抑郁症患者心理状态及社会功能的影响。方法随机选取本院在2016年3月至2017年2月期间收治的100例抑郁症患者为研究对象,并将所选患者分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用延续性护理,对比观察两组患者心理状态的改善效果。结果护理后,观察组患者HAMD评分(6.1±3.5)分明显低于对照组(9.9±5.6)分、HAMA评分(6.7±3.6)分明显低于对照组(8.6±4.2)分,观察组患者社交功能、认知功能及情感功能等生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者护理满意率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理在抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁心理状态改善中具有重要作用,能够有效改善患者生活质量和社交功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of the continuing nursing on the psychological status and social function of patients with depression. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in March 2016 to February 2017 admitted during the period of 100 depression patients as the research object, and the selected patients were divided into observation group （ n = 50） and the control group （ n = 50）, the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the observation group were treated by continuing nursing,observed two groups of patients to improve the effect of psychological state. Results After nursing, the HAMD scores after nursuing, the obeservation group patients（6.1±3.5） significantly lower than the control group （9.9±5.6） , HAMA score （ 6.7 ± 3.6） significantly lower than those in the control group （ 8.6 ± 4.2）, cognitive function and emotional function, and the quality of life score was better than those in the control group（P〈O.05）, and patient satisfaction and patient care （96.00%）of the observation group was obviously higher than those of control group（70.00%） , The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Continuous nursing plays an important role in the improvement of anxiety and depression in patients with depression, which can effectively improve the quality of life and social function of patients , worthy of clinical popularization and application.
