摘要
目的探讨契约学习干预护理对脑卒中患者预后的作用。方法回顾性分析2014年8月至2016年8月我院精神科收治的420例脑卒中患者临床资料。所有患者接受契约学习干预护理,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS),比较干预前后患者睡眠质量、抑郁程度和神经功能恢复情况。结果契约学习干预护理后,脑卒中患者PSQI和HAMD评分均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预28 d后NIHSS评分(12.06±0.14)分,显著低于干预前NIHSS评分(14.12±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=234.541,P<0.001)。结论契约学习干预护理,改善脑卒中患者PSQI、NIHSS及HAMD评分,对改善患者预后发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of contract learning intervention nursing on prognosis of patients with stroke.Methods 420 cases of stroke patients from August 2014 to August 2016 of the Neurology Department as the objects, the data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received nursing contract learning intervention using, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and Hamihon Depression Scale (HAMD) and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), the quality of sleep, depression and neurological function were compared before and after intervention. Results After contract learning intervention nursing, PSQI and HAMD scores of patients with stroke were significantly lower than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈 0. 05). The NIHSS score ( 12.06± 0.14) after intervention was significantly lower than that of NIHSS score before intervention ( 14.12±0.32), and the difference was statistically significant (t = 234. 541, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions Contract learning intervention nursing can improve PSQI, NIHSS and HAMD score of patients with stroke, and play an important role in improving the prognosis of patients.
