牙槽内移植的外科牵引再植术治疗前牙冠根折的临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Intra-alveolar Transplantation Teeth that Crown Root Fracture

目的:观察外伤后冠根折的前牙残根由牙槽内移植的外科牵引再植术治疗后的临床效果。方法:经3年随访,外伤后根折至龈下3~6mm的前牙10例患者共11颗患牙,经由牙槽内移植的外科牵引再植术治疗,牙根伸长3~6mm,平均3.82mm。结果:10例患者平均随访1~3年,9例10颗牙牵引后有效,1例患者1颗牙失败,拔除后修复。结论:牙槽内移植的外科牵引再植术可以作为处理前牙冠根折的一种有效方法在临床上使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of crown-root fracture of the anterior teeth using the method of intra-alveolar transplantation. Methods 10 cases,11 teeth included, were treated by the method of intra-alveolar transplantation, the root extruded differently from 3mm to 6mm,the mean were 3.82mm, the clinical effect of 3-year-period was recorded. Results 3 years after treatment, among the 11 teeth,10 teeth achieved the standard of effective,1 was failed. Conclusion The method of intra-alveolar transplantation can be used in the treatment of crown-root fracture of the anterior teeth.
