透明预成冠加树脂在乳前牙美容修复中的疗效分析

Observation on the Effect of Transparent Pre Crown and Resin in the Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

目的:观察透明预成冠加树脂和光固化复合树脂在修复乳前牙大面积缺损中的临床效果。方法:选择大面积缺损的64例140颗上颌乳前牙随机分为两组,每组70颗牙。观察组进行透明预成冠加树脂修复术,对照组进行光固化树脂修复术。结果:修复后6个月,两组的修复成功率均为100.0%;修复后12个月,两组的修复成功率分别为100.0%与97.1%,无统计学意义;24个月后,观察组的成功率为100.0%,对照组的成功率为62.3%,观察组效果明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:透明预成冠加树脂修复乳前牙大面积缺损疗效优于光固化树脂修复,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of transparent pre crown with resin and light cured composite resin in repairing large defect of anterior teeth.
