五翼托槽与自锁托槽滑动摩擦力的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较研究徐氏五翼托槽在两种结扎方式时和Damon Q自锁托槽沿弓丝滑动时摩擦力的变化特点,从而指导临床应用。方法:选择徐氏五翼托槽低摩擦结扎和传统结扎以及Damon Q自锁托槽,使用自主研发设计的摩擦力测试仪测量不同弓丝与托槽组合时,滑动摩擦力的大小及变化特点。结果:五翼托槽低摩擦结扎和Doman Q自锁托槽与不同弓丝间的滑动摩擦力无显著性差异,五翼托槽传统结扎时摩擦力显著高于低摩擦结扎。结论:牙齿排齐阶段,使用徐氏五翼托槽低摩擦结扎可以加快牙齿排齐速度;利用滑动法关闭拔牙间隙时,前牙五翼传统结扎及后牙齿低摩擦结扎,可以降低滑动摩擦力,同时更好地控制前牙转矩。 Objective To investigate the frictional resistance to sliding using five wings bracket with two kinds of ligation and Damon Q self-ligating bracket. Methods Five wings bracket with low friction ligation and traditional ligation and Damon Q self-ligating bracket were coupled with 3 types of archwires. The resistance to sliding of each archwire-bracket couple was measured using friction testing apparatus. Results There is no significant difference between five wings bracket with low friction ligation and self-lagation bracket. The sliding friction value of five wings bracket with traditional ligation was higher than them. Conclusion At the leveling stage, the five wings bracket with low friction ligation can make the alignment much easier. At the sliding stage , the posterior teeth using low friction ligation can lower the friction to sliding and the anterior teeth using traditional ligation can make better control of teeth.
