论“君、臣、佐、使”配伍与化妆品中药添加问题探讨

Discussion on Compatibility of Principal, Subordinate, Adjuvant, Guide (PSAG) Related to Adding Chinese Herb of Cosmetics

中药化妆品的开发,是当前美容市场讨论的热门话题。但是遵循什么样的原则,依照什么样的理论,如何对中药加以运用,对中药外用有哪些需要注意的原则性问题?定义中却没有明确的解释,致使实际应用中众说纷纭。那么,哪些理解是正确的,是符合中医基础理论的?哪些理解是错误的、不恰当的,甚至是牵强的?本文通过对中药性味归经、君臣佐使理论的形成过程给予详细阐述。总结为外用药的理论体系不同于内服药,化妆品开发中的中药性能不能用内服功能来解释,需要具体验证。

The definition about the development of Chinese herb cosmetics, which is a popular topic in the nowaday cosmetic market, do not have an established standard about the principle, methodology, application, and notice on the external use of Chinese herb. This article discusses about the right or wrong and the conformity of extant opinions on the application through verification from the theory of channel tropism on property and flavor and the establishment of Compatibility of Principal, Subordinate, Adjuvant, Guide （PSAG） theory. The conclusion shows that the theory system of external and internal used medicine are different. The performance of Chinese herb in cosmetic development should not be explained by principle of internal used medicine and there should be verified.
