热轧凸度对轧硬卷边部厚度的影响

摘要 探讨了热轧凸度对轧硬卷边部厚度的影响.试验结果表明,热轧凸度越大,轧硬卷边缘降越大,当在50%的变形量下,热轧凸度为100μm和120μm时,由于轧硬卷边缘降大,边部厚度已经不能满足期望厚度公差的要求.经过大生产检验,当热轧凸度≤80μm时,轧硬卷期望厚度的合格率超过95!. The impact of hot-rolled crown on edge thickness of cold-rolled hard coil is discussed. Experimental results show that the greater the c40 crown is, the larger edge drop of cold-rolled hard coil will be. When the c40 crown isl00 μm or 120 μm with the deformation of cold-rolling at 50%, the edge thickness can not meet the desired thickness tolerance require- ments due to the large edge drop. After large-scale production test, when the c40 crown is less than 80μm, the qualified rate of desired thickness of cold-rolled hard coil is over 95%.
