摘要
介绍一种用于铸造铝棒均质处理的连续式均质炉的工作原理和特点,并在实际生产应用中,与传统固定式均质炉的技术特点及产品测试数据进行了分析对比.结果表明,相对于传统固定式均质炉,连续式均质炉操作更灵活,生产效率提高了75%以上;同时,铝棒通过均质处理后其内部成分更均匀,挤压生产过程可节约模具消耗,降低挤压力,能有效改善成品表面质量及力学性能.
This paper briefly introduces the working principle and characteristics of a continuous homogeneous furnace for homogeneous treatment of cast aluminum rods, and analyzes and compares it with the technical characteristics of traditional fixed homogeneous furnace and the product test data in production and application. The results show that the continuous homogeneous furnace is more flexible than the traditional one in the practical application of production, and the production efficiency increases by 75 %or more. At the same time, aluminum rods after the homogeneous treatment have better even in- ternal components, and the mold consumption can be reduced in extrusion process, the extrusion force can be lowered, and the finished product surface quality and mechanical properties can be effectively improved.
