摘要
5A01铝合金是在5A02铝合金基础上通过调整微量元素含量而形成的一种新型船用高强耐蚀铝合金.文章以5A01铝合金为研究对象,运用金相显微镜,透射电子显微镜及拉力试验机,期望通过优化合金成份,研究合金管材的组织和性能,从而探索出5A01铝合金管材的最佳热处理工艺.研究结果表明:经热挤压—拉拔成形的5A01合金管材,当采用320℃退火1 h的热处理工艺后,综合性能最佳,其抗拉强度达326 MPa,延伸率为13%,同时,抗晶间腐蚀性能优,其腐蚀的最大深度仅为0.1 mm.
5A01 is a new high strength and corrosion resistant aluminum alloy for ship-building which is developed based on 5A02 by adjusting the content of trace elements. Aluminum alloy 5A01 is taken as the studied object for expecting to explore tbe optimal heat treatment process of aluminum alloy pipe 5A01 by optimizing alloy composition and studying the mi- crostructure and properties of alloy with metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing ma- chine. The results show that the comprehensive performance of alloy pipe 5A01 is optimal by annealing(320℃/1 h). Its tensile strength reaches up to 326 MPa, elongation rate is 13%and corrosion resistance is better, and the maximum depth of corrosion is only 0.1 mm.
