摘要
践行绿色发展理念,释放和共享生态红利,是新时期我国推进"六大建设"、全面建成小康社会的有力支撑。文章通过分析践行绿色发展理念的重要途径和制度举措,认为我国应通过节约集约利用资源能源、严格控制污染排放、优化产业经济结构、合理调整空间格局、倡导低碳社会五大途径,并辅以市场制度和政府制度做重要保障,持续释放和共享绿色发展下的生态红利。
Practicing green development concept to release and share ecological bonus, is the strong support for China to promote the ＂Six Building＂ and fully built a well-off society. Through the analysis of the important approach and institutional initiatives of the green development concept, the paper provides reference for our country continue releasing and sharing the ecological bonus. This paper considers that our country should through the five ways which are conservation and intensive use of energy and resources, strictly controlling of pollution emissions, optimizing the industrial economic structure, reasonable adjusting space pattern, and advocating low carbon society, and have market system and the system for guarantee to release and share the sustained ecological bonus under the green development.
