The Multidimensional Thinking and Reform Strategy of China's Entrepreneurship Policy System

在经济新常态下,创业成为我国经济持续高效增长的新引擎。在新时期,我国创业政策体系要充分融合创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念。文章在五大发展理念框架下,基于价值创造、平衡驱动、企业家经济三维层面分析我国创业政策的执行情况与存在矛盾,提出了基于价值创造维度、平衡驱动维度、企业家经济维度的创业政策体系改革创新策略。

Under the economic new normal, entrepreneurship has become a new engine for the sustainable and efficient growth ot economic development in China. In the new period, we should fully integrated the five development ideas including innovation, coordination, green, open, and share into entrepreneurship policy system. Under the framework five development ideas concept, and based on value creation, balanced drive, entrepreneurial economy of three dimensions, it analyzes the implementation of entrepreneurship policy in our country and contradictions, and probes into the reform strategy of entrepreneurship policy system, which may have certain reference for China＇s implementation of the ＂public entrepreneurship, innovation＂ strategy in new period.
