摘要
车载充电器是给插电式混合动力汽车电池包充电的设备。半桥LLC谐振变换器在频率调制的方式下能够实现主开关管的零电压开通和副边整流二极管的零电流关断,能够降低开关损耗。用调频控制方法实现了PHEV车载蓄电池的恒流恒压充电。仿真及实验结果都表明,用调频控制半桥LLC谐振变换器的方法在PHEV车载充电电路中有很好的表现。
The vehicle battery charger is a device for charging the battery pack in a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). The haft-bridge LLC resonant converter can realize the ZVS of switching and the ZCS of rectifier diode under frequency modulation mode, which also can reduce the switching loss. The frequency modulation control method is used to implement the PHEV constant-current and constant-voltage charging for the battery pack. The simulation and experimental results show that the half-bridge LLC resonant converter under frequency modulation control mode has good performance in PHEV vehicle charging circuit.
