摘要
在人类不断进步、经济不断发展过程中,矿产资源一直是支持人们生存和发展的重要物质基础。在对矿产资源进行开采的过程中,则需要利用相应的机械设备来进行实际操作,其机械化水平直接影响了矿产资源的开采进度。对于目前的矿产开采设备来说,普遍属于旋转类设备,在实际工作的过程中,非常容易受到矿产开采环境的影响,导致机械设备出现不同程度的故障,其主要故障类型为温度异常和震动状态变化。在这样的情况下,需要对采矿机械自供电监测系统进行无线终端设计,以此来提高采矿设备的整体机械化水平。
In the development process of human progress and economy, the mineral resources are the material basis of people's survival and development. In the exploitation process of the mineral resources, it is needed to use the actual operation of the machinery equipment, and the mechanization level directly affects the exploitation progress of the mineral resources. For the current mining equipments in the actual working process, most of them are easily influenced by the environment of the mineral exploitation which result the occurring of the failure of the mechanical equipments with different degrees and different types, and the main faulty types are the temperature abnormal and the vibration state change. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to design the wireless terminal of the self monitoring system of mining machinery in order to improve the overall mechanization level of mining equipment.
