摘要
目的观察外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)联合血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)检测诊断孕妇胎膜早破的价值。方法选取2014年5月-2016年6月该院诊治的孕妇胎膜早破患者30例,设为观察组,选取同期入院的健康孕妇30例,设为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法对EMMPRIN进行定位及半定量检测;采用放射免疫法检测血清中β-h CG、E_2、P水平。结果观察组孕妇绒毛中"-"性率、"+"性率显著低于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组"++"、"+++"阳性率显著高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇血清β-h CG、E_2、P水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);相关性研究结果显示:孕妇胎膜早破发生率与EMMPRIN、血清β-h CG、E_2及P水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论孕妇胎膜早破患者动态监测EMMPRIN联合血清β-h CG、E_2、P水平效果理想,能了解患者病情变化情况,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the value of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (EMMPRIN) combined with serum hu- man chorionic gonadotropin ( β-hCG), estradiol (E2) , progesterone (P) detection in diagnosis of premature rupture of fetal membranes (PROM) . Methods Thirty patients with PROM diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were selected as observation group, and thirty healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to conduct positioning detection and semi-quantltative detection of EMMPRIN; radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum β- bCG, E2, and P levels. Results The negative rate and mild positive rate in villi of pregnant women in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . The moderate and high positive rates in villi of pregnant women in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0. 05 ) . The levels of β-hCG, E2, and P in serum of women in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Correlation study showed that the incidence rate of PROM was positively correlated with EMMPRIN, serum β-hCG, E2 , and P (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion The effect of ambulatory monitoring of EMMPRIN combined with serum β-hCG, E2, and P levels among PROM patients is good, which can reveal the changes of the illness, so the method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
