膨胀聚苯和岩棉外保温系统对建筑能耗的对比分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用生命周期分析方法,对比不同外墙保温系统设计对北京学生宿舍建筑生命周期能耗的影响.研究结果表明:建筑采用岩棉外保温系统与膨胀聚苯外保温系统相比,材料消耗量更大,产生能耗高出7.7%;砖混结构建筑中,粘土砖、混凝土和水泥砂浆的消耗量占总材料消耗的95%以上,其中混凝土对能耗的贡献最大;随着传热系数增加,材料生产阶段的能耗线性减小,建筑运行阶段的能耗逐渐增加,生命周期能耗存在最优值;当传热系数为0.3 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1),全生命周期总能耗最小,此时对应不同的外保温系统,膨胀聚苯板厚127mm,岩棉板厚151 mm. This study is conducted based on life cycle assessment method to analyze the life cycle energy consumption impact of different external wall insulation system design on Beijing student dormitory. The results show: compared rock wool insulation system with EPS insulation system,the energy consumption of materials production is higher by 7. 7% due to the larger materials consumption,for brick-concrete structure building,the consumption of clay brick,concrete and cement mortar account for 95% of the total materials consumption,where concrete contributes most to energy consumption.With the increase of heat transfer coefficient,energy consumption decreases linearly in the material production phase,increases in building operation phase,and has an optimization value in the building life cycle,which reaches the minimum when the heat transfer coefficient is 0.3 W·m^-2·K^-1 equivalent to the EPS insulation thickness is 127 mm or the rock wool board insulation thickness is 151 mm.
